Do you want to lose weight, lower your body fat percentage, and leave absolutely nothing to chance?

If you want to lose weight, you need a calorie deficit – there's no way around it. To achieve this, you have to consume fewer calories (energy) than your body burns. This forces it to tap into your fat reserves – which is exactly what you want to get rid of. You can create a calorie deficit in two ways:

1) By consuming fewer calories (eating less or lower-calorie foods)

2) By increasing your calorie needs (more physical activity)

The diet works best, of course, when you combine both: choose mostly high-quality, low-calorie foods and increase your activity level. And before we forget: protein helps prevent muscle loss during a diet and maintains muscle mass. It also has excellent satiating properties (shameless plug: click here for the absolute best diet protein).

Okay, that sounds pretty simple on paper, doesn't it? However, as is so often the case, theory and practice don't always align. Maintaining a calorie deficit can easily lead to lethargy and a loss of motivation to exercise during your daily diet. Willpower can also diminish, potentially causing you to experience intense cravings. To counteract this and make your weight loss a little easier, we developed our Meta Cut Caps.

These convenient capsules provide you and your metabolism with high-quality plant extracts, invigorating caffeine, valuable vital substances and essential B vitamins during a calorie-reduced diet.

A synergistic combination of caffeine, synephrine, L-theanine and selected B vitamins supports energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue to keep you in a good mood and your energy levels high during your diet.

The major advantage is that, due to their moderate caffeine content, our Meta Cut Caps can be individually dosed depending on body weight, personal caffeine tolerance and training plan (strength training, cardio).

Curious? Then let's take a closer look at the ingredients. If you're already completely sold and don't need any further convincing, you can click here and order directly. We understand, because time is money, as they say…

Let's begin and work through the individual ingredients one by one:

Like conventional L-carnitine, acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR) also plays a role in energy metabolism. It facilitates the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria, the "powerhouses of the cells," where fat burning takes place. A meta-study from 2020 demonstrated a moderate reduction in body weight, body mass index (BMI), and body fat in overweight adults through L-carnitine supplementation (Talenezhad et al. 2020). Acetyl-L-carnitine exhibits excellent bioavailability and, in addition to the primary function of L-carnitine, is also associated with cognitive, neuroprotective, and antioxidant effects.

Betaine (from the Latin beta = beetroot), or trimethylglycine, is a naturally occurring compound that performs a variety of functions in the human body. Among other things, betaine acts as a so-called methyl group donor, meaning that it provides methyl groups (-CH3) that are needed, for example, for regulating gene expression. Certain genes involved in fat burning can be activated or deactivated through methylation. In general, methylation is essential for various metabolic processes.

Forskolin is a substance extracted from the root of the Coleus forskohlii plant (also known as coleus). It is often taken to support fat loss. It can help promote the loss of body fat by stimulating lipolysis (the breakdown of fats). In a study with overweight male subjects, forskolin supplementation resulted in significantly greater body fat loss compared to a placebo (Godard et al. 2005).

Synephrine is an alkaloid (a class of substances that also includes the ever-popular caffeine). It is found primarily in bitter orange (Citrus aurantium) and is taken as a dietary supplement to accelerate fat loss and enhance physical performance. There is evidence of a shift in substrate oxidation from carbohydrates to fatty acids, meaning that taking synephrine before moderate exercise may lead to increased use of fatty acids for energy (Ruiz-Moreno et al. 2021).

Synephrine can increase the metabolic rate, thereby increasing calorie expenditure. Furthermore, synephrine is associated with increased thermogenesis (heat production). The generation and release of heat also lead to increased energy expenditure. Synephrine is also said to have an appetite-suppressing effect. This is particularly beneficial during a calorie-reduced diet to reduce food intake or prevent feelings of hunger. Within body cells, synephrine, similar to forskolin, can stimulate lipolysis.  (promote the breakdown of fats).

The stimulating effect of synephrine can cause an increase in energy levels and alertness, which can be particularly beneficial in everyday life and during physical activity.
L-Theanine is a naturally occurring amino acid found primarily in green tea. It is known for its relaxing and stress-reducing properties, as well as its synergistic effect with the stimulant caffeine.

While caffeine increases attention, alertness, and concentration, L-theanine has calming properties. In combination, the two substances create a balance between stimulation and relaxation, resulting in improved cognitive performance and reduced caffeine-related side effects. An improved mood can also be observed when people consume caffeine and L-theanine together.

In addition to the positive mental effects that caffeine and L-theanine possess, caffeine can also increase fat burning (fat oxidation) and boost physical performance, making it an important component of our Meta Cut capsules.

The choline contained in our Meta Cut capsules, as well as the B vitamins folic acid and vitamin B12, also play an important role in the aforementioned methylation process. Furthermore, choline contributes to normal fat metabolism through its physiological effects.

The vitamins biotin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and niacin contribute to normal energy metabolism. All of the vitamin compounds used exhibit particularly high bioavailability. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, methyltetrahydrofolate, and methylcobalamin are the biologically active forms of vitamin B6, folic acid, and vitamin B12, respectively.

Folic acid, niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, thus perfectly complementing our Meta Cut capsules.

So much for the theory – the test is up to you. So order now , eat clean, exercise plenty, and nothing will stand in the way of your beach body! We recommend taking our Meta Cut Caps about 30 minutes before cardio training. On rest days, you can take a serving in the morning or early afternoon.
